Does Endosoothe ship internationally?

Yes! We ship throughout New Zealand and internationally to Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. All orders are dispatched from New Zealand.

When will I receive my Endosoothe order?

We care about sending your order on time and in good condition! We strive to ship and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary under various circumstances, such as holidays, new product launches, various climate emergencies, and promotions.

International Shipping & Canadian Customs Fees

Orders shipped to Canada are sent from New Zealand via standard international postal mail. Please note that Canadian customs imposes local import taxes (GST/HST) on orders valued over $20 CAD. These taxes, along with a standard Canada Post handling fee, are assessed by the Canadian government and collected from the recipient upon delivery. Import duties and taxes are not included in your checkout total and remain the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom Shipping & Customs Fees

Orders shipped to the UK are sent from New Zealand via standard international postal mail. Packages entering the UK may be subject to 20% UK import VAT and a local courier handling fee (assessed by Royal Mail or UK Customs) prior to delivery. These local fees are determined by UK authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer upon collection.

United States Shipping & Customs Fees

Orders shipped to the US are sent from New Zealand via standard international postal mail. Most US personal imports valued under $800 USD enter duty-free and tax-free with no unexpected customs fees upon arrival.

In the event an order exceeds $800 USD, any applicable import duties or taxes assessed by US Customs remain the responsibility of the customer.

What if my parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived?

Please email helloendosoothe@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered, check any safe places around your property and ask others at your address whether they accepted it. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the delivery provider.
