Does Endosoothe ship internationally?

We currently offer shipping throughout New Zealand. We hope to start shipping worldwide in the future, so please follow us on social media at @endosoothe to stay in touch.

When will I receive my Endosoothe order?

You care about receiving your order on time and in good condition; we do too! We strive to ship and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Your order is aimed to be processed within 3 business days at which time you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. From there our standard shipping times range from 2 days to 2 weeks. 

Please note that delivery timelines may vary under various circumstances, such as holidays, new product launches, various climate emergencies, and promotions.

What should I do if my package says it was delivered but I haven't received it?

If you haven't received your package and you believe you should have (your tracking information says your package has been delivered or it's past the expected delivery date) send an email to helloendosoothe@gmail.com. We'll do our best to locate your package and let you know what happened.
